Scratch off cards are printed the Monday after designs have been approved unless the shop is closed for holidays or vacations. In those cases that will be printed and shipped that Tuesday. I will contact you if your order will be delayed for any reason.
It is best to order Monday - Thursday to allow time for your cards to be created and approved. I do not work every weekends.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE APPROVED BY SATURDAY IN ORDER FOR THE TO SHIP THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. IF THEY ARE NOT APPROVED IN TIME THEY WILL SHIP THE FOLLOWING MONDAY
Delivery times are USPS estimates. Red Velvet Parties can not make any guarantees for actual delivery times.

Here’s How it Works…
1. Add this product to your cart
2. Add theme, color choices, type of label, etc in the space provided. Contact me at redvelvetparties.info@gmail.com if you have any questions are concerns.
3. Attach references if you have them in an email to redvelvetparties.info@gmail.com
4. I will create a proof for you and send it via email.
5. Once you have approved they will be shipped to you the following Monday, unless I've contacted you about a later shipping date.
Custom Scratch Off Tickets
Once you receive your files you can print on your home computer or you can have them professionally printed at your local print shop.
With the exception of the scratch off cards, every item in the Red Velvet Parties store is either a digital file that will be emailed to you or an instant download that is available for download immediately after purchasing.
Other than scratch off cards, no physical items will be mailed to you. I don’t work every weekend, so it is best to purchase Monday – Friday for faster delivery. My turnaround time for digital files is 24 – 48 hours. Most orders are sent within a couple of hours. Custom orders could take up to 3 days. This does not include Holidays or weekends.
All digital files purchased are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital files or custom items. This includes regular price, sale, and items purchased using sale codes. We only offer refunds, returns or exchanges on shipped items if you receive the wrong or defective items.
